This is a full-time, on-site position in Pasay, open to fresh graduates or students with a bachelor's degree. Job Description The successful candidate will process requests for quotations and other business transactions, prioritize necessities, and provide administrative support for marketing-related tasks. Key responsibilities include: Processing requests for quotations and other business transactions and prioritizing necessities. Providing administrative support on marketing-related tasks to optimize marketing activities, including system maintenance on Open Bravo. Assisting in the acquisition, analysis, and utilization of customer lists. Supporting customer communication and logistics for events, trade shows, mailing, and related activities via telephone and email. Supporting the Sales Department by assembling quotations, proposals, and product capability booklets, and compiling account and competitor analysis. Providing operational feedback during meetings and other corporate dealings. Answering correspondence, phone, and email concerning procedures and inquiries concerning the processing of marketing or SOP. Maintaining records and providing marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
