What is this role about?
The role contributes to the design and implementation of learning programs and solutions related to functional onboarding, reskilling, upskilling, competency development and mastery, and execution of business programs/initiatives.
What will YOU do?
- Design, plan, and implement a learning program and/ or initiative for both face-to-face and virtual learning sessions given Organizational Strategies, Management directions, objectives and timelines.
- Partner with stakeholders in the preparation and design of training grid/ plans to include Program flow, Evaluation tools and Performance metrics across all phases of the Learning Program.
- Ensures access of complete and regularly updated training materials based on the course design including, but not limited to presentation slides, hands-on exercises, knowledge checks, score cards, and supplementary materials.
- Displays good program planning, organization and implementation skills to ensure timely deployment of learning sessions and activities.
- In charge of collation, review and analysis of program evaluation forms and recommends possible enhancements in the design and execution of future version of activities and program design.
- Keeps track of all relevant databases including but not limited to activity monitoring, feedback, project recommendations, and trainee performance records.
- Publishes company-wide materials to keep stakeholders and potential program- takers informed of the programs offered and its value add to the organization and to the learner.
What will YOU need?
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, or equivalent.
- Minimum of five (5) years of work experience in end-to-end development and implementation of HR programs/projects, focused on employee development (e.g., management trainee program, middle management development program, senior management development program, etc.)
- Must have relevantexperience in developing online learning materials
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills.
- Must be willing to conduct learning sessions outside Metro Manila.
- Has the ability to effectively deal with all levels in the organization and manage multiple priorities or projects.
- Proficienct in various Google Workspace applications.
- Experience handling a Learning Management System (LMS) is required
