The primary goal is to build and maintain an accurate and comprehensive wholesale dealer list for marketing and communication efforts. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and clear communication skills. Job Highlights Monthly Rate: USD 708 Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time with 1-hour unpaid break Work Arrangement: Work from home Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are hourly rates and the rate depends on performance in the application process. Responsibilities Proactively call equipment dealerships nationwide from provided and self-sourced lists. Clearly and professionally request contact information for key personnel (owners, parts managers, sales managers). Accurately record and enter all gathered information, including names, titles, phone numbers, and email addresses, into the company CRM or database. Verify the accuracy of existing data and update records as needed. Maintain and organize the dealer wholesale list to ensure data integrity. Meet daily and weekly call and data entry quotas. Report on progress and provide feedback on the quality of data sources. Requirements Proven experience in data entry, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus. Excellent verbal communication skills and professional phone demeanor. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proficient with computers, including CRM and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets). Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to meet goals.
