Overview Inside Service Sales Representative – Single Phase at Schneider Electric. The role focuses on driving renewal and revenue through prospecting and lead management within NAM, with no travel required and a 40-hour work week. Responsibilities Make an average of 100 phone calls per week into expired opportunities to increase renewal and capture rates, leading to higher non-concurrent revenue. Lead preparation and distribution of leads within a designated region. Support the company’s marketing strategy by promoting product lines and service offerings. Generate sales leads by interacting with the customer base and with non-service certified partners. Engage with customers and collaborate with non-service partners to foster strong, mutually beneficial relationships. Aim to increase NAM Renewal and Capture Rate and add non-concurrent revenue in NAM. Handle assignments from local and North American Managers, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. No travel requirements; position requires a 40-hour work week for ISSR.
