As an AP/AR Accountant, you will collaborate with a US-based accounting team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial deliverables that drive business outcomes. Your work will help streamline processes and enhance financial precision, contributing to the growth of our clients in a global and AI-driven landscape. Responsibilities Support the Accountant working under a full-time US Account Manager serving multiple clients. Collaborate closely with the US-based accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial deliverables. Work US hours for a minimum of 6 weeks or until the team confirms that quality and performance are consistent for 4 consecutive weeks. Be willing to flex working hours to US time zone if the team identifies performance gaps or quality issues. Utilize Xero with at least 2 years of experience, particularly in: Hubdoc AP/Data Entry AP Payment Posting Bank/Credit Card Reconciliation Demonstrate a solid understanding of general accounting principles (BS, PL, Asset, Liability, Revenue, Expense, Equity). Leverage any experience with Restaurant365 (R365) or other ERP/accounting platforms as a nice to have. Exhibit knowledge in: Accounts Payable (AP) Processing Accounts Receivable (AR) Reconciliation Qualifications You have solid experience in accounts payable and receivable processes. You possess strong accounting skills and have prior experience with Xero and possibly R365. You can adapt to flexible working hours as needed based on team performance. You are committed to delivering timely and accurate financial reports.
