Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, product inquiries, and sales leads. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred). Previous experience in a sales, consulting, or customer-facing role. In-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement. Ability to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions. Problem-solving skills to address customer challenges effectively. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate product functionality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
