On-site - Quezon City | 1-3 Yrs Exp | Bachelor | Full-time Job Description Key Responsibilities Receive, review, and process Job Orders and Purchase Orders from clients and internal sales teams. Encode and maintain accurate records of sales transactions in the system. Prepare and issue Sales Invoices , Delivery Receipts , and other related billing documents. Ensure proper application of prices, discounts, taxes (e.g., VAT), and terms. Monitor the status of orders — from approval to delivery and invoicing. Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, billing, and documentation. Assist the Sales Department in preparing quotations and sales reports as needed. Maintain proper filing and documentation of all sales and invoice-related records. Qualifications a degree holder in Business Administration , Accounting , Finance , or a related course. With 1–2 years of experience in Sales Admin , Billing , or Invoicing roles. Knowledge of basic accounting and invoicing procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Excel , Word, and basic office software. Familiarity with ERP systems or order/invoice management platforms is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy . Excellent communication and coordination skills . Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Trustworthy, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision.
