Job Description Key Responsibilities- Receive, review, and process Job Orders and Purchase Orders from clients and internal sales teams.
- Encode and maintain accurate records of sales transactions in the system.
- Prepare and issue Sales Invoices , Delivery Receipts , and other related billing documents.
- Ensure proper application of prices, discounts, taxes (e.g., VAT), and terms.
- Monitor the status of orders — from approval to delivery and invoicing.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, billing, and documentation.
- Assist the Sales Department in preparing quotations and sales reports as needed.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all sales and invoice-related records.
- a degree holder in Business Administration , Accounting , Finance , or a related course.
- With 1–2 years of experience in Sales Admin , Billing , or Invoicing roles.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and invoicing procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel , Word, and basic office software.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or order/invoice management platforms is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy .
- Excellent communication and coordination skills .
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Trustworthy, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision.
