- A degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (a Master’s is a plus).
- 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, ideally in the hospitality, tourism, or related industries.
- Strong expertise in CRM systems, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and align sales strategies with organizational goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel as needed to develop client relationships and oversee sales initiatives across properties.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
