Job Overview The Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing initiatives that support brand growth, product development, and sales performance. This role involves leading marketing campaigns, managing a team, and working closely with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms • Oversee product development activities, including market research, product design, and project feasibility studies • Develop and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness and sales growth • Create, review, and manage marketing content for digital channels and promotional materials • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve results • Supervise and guide the marketing team, including task delegation, scheduling, and resource management • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects Qualifications: • Graduate of Marketing or any marketing-related course • At least 3 years of experience in product development, marketing, product design, research, project feasibility, and advertising platforms • Experience in kiosks or retail-based marketing is an advantage • Skilled in creating and managing campaigns, content development, and online marketing with a strong focus on driving sales growth • Proven ability to lead a team and manage resources efficiently • Comfortable working in a startup company environment Location: Pasig City Salary: For discussion
