Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop strategic marketing plans, set goals, and create actionable plans for campaigns and promotions.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate marketing team members, overseeing daily tasks and workload.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, from concept to implementation, across various channels (digital, social, events).
  • Budget Management: Monitor marketing expenditures, ensuring campaigns stay within budget and deliver value.
  • Performance Analysis: Measure and evaluate campaign effectiveness, analyze market trends, competitor activities, and report on ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work with sales, operations, PR, and external agencies (media, advertising) to ensure cohesive efforts.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and communications uphold brand standards and identity.

Qualifications (Typical):

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and team supervision.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing software and MS Office.
