JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for developing and managing marketing programs and campaigns which include local retail, category trade, loyalty, digital and ecommerce marketing.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Local Retail Marketing Supervisor (Supermarket)

  • Plan and formulate local retail marketing strategies
  • Conceptualize and implement marketing campaigns & programs (cluster/community local marketing)
  • Perform store driven activations (in-store execution)
  • Strategic partnerships (local trade area activation)

Trade Marketing Supervisor (Supermarket)

  • Plan and manage category marketing programs
  • Vendor collaboration and strategic partnerships
  • In-store sampling and activations
  • Storewide and vendor exclusive promotions

Digital/Ecommerce Marketing Supervisor (Department Store)

  • Plan and manage digital campaigns and programs
  • Perform content and social media marketing
  • Plan and execute digital promos and online events
  • Brand awareness, store foot traffic OOH, tie ups & awareness campaign

Loyalty Marketing Supervisor (Department Store)

  • Plan and manage marketing promotions and sales events
  • Drive customer loyalty and retention

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in the retail industry is preferred but not required (can be in Supermarket or Department Store)
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in marketing

Local Retail Marketing Supervisor

  • With experience in local store marketing, in-store execution and local trade area activation
  • Knowledgeable in brand strategies and implementation
  • With experience in marketing activations
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in local store marketing

Trade Marketing Supervisor

  • Knowledgeable in promo creation and execution, vendor collaboration and strategic partnerships
  • With experience in in-store sampling and activations
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in trade marketing

Digital/Ecommerce Marketing Supervisor (Department Store)

  • Knowledgeable in digital campaigns and programs

  • With experience in social media marketing

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in social media marketing

Loyalty Marketing Supervisor (Department Store)

  • Preferably with loyalty experience in any establishments with a strong loyalty card
  • Experience in developing and managing loyalty programs
  • Excellent analytical skills in marketing analytics and market segmentation
  • Strong marketing skills and expertise to execute campaigns that drive customer loyalty
