The Role
As our Amazon Brand Manager, you'll own the strategy, execution, and performance of our Amazon channel across multiple markets. You'll lead a high-performing team, drive aggressive growth, and spearhead international expansion.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading and managing the Amazon sales team using EOS principles
- Owning Amazon P&L: revenue, ad spend, promotions, margins
- Developing and executing PPC, external traffic, and conversion strategies
- Launching new products with full-cycle ownership
- Driving expansion into Germany, France, and the US
- Staying ahead of Amazon trends, AI tools, and platform changes
- Coordinating with off-Amazon marketing for key events like Prime Day
What You Bring
- 3+ years as Amazon Brand Manager for 7–8 figure brands
Proven success in leading teams and hitting aggressive targets - Deep knowledge of Amazon algorithms, features, and tools (Helium 10, DataDive, Titan)
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with SOPs, strategic planning, and EOS (preferred)
- Ability to maintain brand tone and visual consistency
