Overview

The main objective of the HR Function is to deliver value to Shell and its constituent Businesses and Functions by developing and executing people strategies in direct support of the Group Strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven HR Advisor to join our HR Operations team. In this role, you will provide end-to-end HR operational support to employees, line managers, and local HR teams, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes in alignment with company policies and procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver comprehensive HR operational support across the employee lifecycle.
  • Execute complex local HR processes with a focus on data accuracy and compliance in systems such as Shell People and Workday.
  • Manage employee and manager queries through Salesforce, ensuring timely case creation, updates, and closure.
  • Maintain ownership of end-to-end HR processes, escalating complex issues to senior advisors or policy teams as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal HR teams and third-party service providers to resolve cases efficiently.
  • Ensure adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and compliance standards including the Global Approval Matrix (GAM), Financial Control Manual (FCM), and Data Privacy regulations.
  • Act as a country or process focal point when required.
  • Build strong partnerships with HR Business Partners, HR Advisors, and other HR Operations teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Contribute to knowledge management by creating and maintaining process documentation and sharing best practices.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and participate in team initiatives.
