You’ll play a key role in driving leads, conversions, and brand growth across our logistics and e-commerce divisions. The ideal candidate has proven experience in the U.S. market, demonstrates the ability to develop data-driven ad strategies , propose effective solutions , and balance creative execution with analytical performance optimization. Requirements: 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns in the U.S. market. Hands-on experience with paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube). Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus. Knowledge of SEO principles is an advantage. Strong analytical and reporting skills using ad performance and tracking tools. Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns for ROI. C2 English proficiency (written and verbal). Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube. Run and scale paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) , TikTok , and YouTube . Monitor campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and implement continuous improvements. Prepare detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations. Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and best practices in PPC advertising. Collaborate with the marketing team on creative assets, copywriting, and audience targeting.
