Responsibilities Creates and reviews Purchase Orders (POs) on agreed schedules of the assigned supplier and area or territory ensuring that proper pricing and margins are reflected. Timely processes documents for approval (price changes, change of item description, disposal reports, BO reports, and other reports) as needed. Maintains and updates the master list quarterly for top-selling and regular items to ensure that the assortment is updated and correct. Prepares weekly/monthly Stock-to-Stock-to-Sales ratio (SSR) reports and coordinates with the buyers/ replenishment supervisors in ensuring appropriate inventory. Addresses weekly/monthly reports from branches assigned to them and ensures end-to-end communication replenishment and service to operations and other interrelated departments. Coordinates with buyer/ senior buyers for support and promotions for sale events or special events of the stores, as well as for store openings. Keeps all records on file for both active and inactive documents for easy retrieval of documents at any time; Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications & experience Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Mathematics, or any related field. Minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of relevant work experience in Purchasing and Inventory Management. Background in FMCG, Department Store Operations, or General Merchandise is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
