Executive Assistant

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant (Product & Growth) to support a founder working across design, product, and technology ventures. You’ll manage day-to-day operations while also helping with product feedback, light creative tasks, and strategic outreach. This is not a typical administrative role — you’ll be hands‑on with projects, able to think critically, troubleshoot on the fly, and translate fast-moving ideas into action. Why You’ll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi‑monthly: every 15th and 30th) Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1) Observance of Holidays (based on your location) 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you feel most productive Work directly with a product and design leader Exposure to AI, UX, product development, and growth strategy projects Build experience across creative, operational, and strategic workflows What You’ll Work On Executive & Operational Support Manage calendars, meetings, and task lists across multiple projects Handle administrative details like travel, document organization, and follow‑ups Take 2–3 minute voice notes or briefs and turn them into structured, actionable tasks Anticipate needs, ask clarifying questions, and manage priorities without needing heavy supervision Product & Creative Assistance Review and test product flows as a real user , providing detailed feedback on usability and clarity Identify what’s confusing, what works well, and where the experience could improve Create simple visuals, slides, or marketing materials using Canva or similar tools Collaborate on light research, competitor analysis, and user feedback summaries Support LinkedIn research and outreach for growth or partnership opportunities Manage prospect lists, submissions, and tracking systems Draft short messages or email templates that align with brand tone and goals Help evaluate and organize external vendor or agency contacts Technical & AI Operations Use modern tools like Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, and ChatGPT to organize and streamline workflows Troubleshoot small technical issues — reset passwords, manage shared accounts, and set up new tools when needed Suggest process improvements or automations to keep things running efficiently What You Bring 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or Creative Assistant Strong communication skills — both written and verbal Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or business development research A good eye for design and marketing , with experience using Canva or similar tools Comfort using and learning AI tools , web platforms, and productivity software Proactive problem‑solving ability and strong attention to detail The ability to take initiative, clarify expectations, and deliver without heavy handholding Nice to Have Background in product, design, or tech startup environments Understanding of UX, product feedback cycles, or user testing Familiarity with CRM or workflow automation tools How to Apply Please include: Your updated resume highlighting executive, product, or operations experience A short 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and explaining how you approach organization and problem‑solving Only candidates who submit a Loom video will move forward.
