The Paralegal is responsible for handling corporate housekeeping, Board Secretariat, compliance, regulatory, and case management works, and other paralegal services within, and for, the Company and its subsidiaries. Corporate Governance and Corporate Housekeeping assist with the preparation and filing of corporate documents of the Company and its subsidiaries, such as but not limited to, articles of incorporation, by‑laws, annual reports, general information sheets (GIS) Stockholders, Board and Board Committee Meeting Minutes, Notices, Secretary’s Certificates, Board Resolutions, Board Communications, Directors’ Certificates. Ensure that the Company and its subsidiaries complies with statutory, regulatory and other compliance requirements. Entity Management maintain and safekeep corporate records for the Company and its subsidiaries, including registrations, filings, licenses and qualifications to do business, and other regulatory filings. Contract and Document Drafting and Review – assist in the drafting, review, and management of contracts and other legal documents. Ensure that all contracts and other legal documents are executed properly, filed, stored and maintained in Legal’s database and in accordance with the Company’s policies. Regulatory Compliance - monitor and ensure compliance with government regulations including regulatory works with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Philippine Contractors’ Accreditation Board, National Privacy Commission, Intellectual Property Office among other agencies by preparing regulatory filings and submissions, renewal applications, and other company reporting requirements. Assist the Company and its subsidiaries with audits and other regulatory filings. Litigation and Case Management Support - assist the Legal Teams and lawyers with managing corporate litigations, cases, claims and other actions including document collection, responding to correspondences, updating case files and folders, and liaising with outside counsel. Legal Research - Conduct research on statutes, regulations, and cases to assist the Legal Team with case preparation, corporate compliance and general legal works. Education and Work Experiences Graduate of a Bachelor's/ College degree in Legal Management, Political Science /Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor At least 2 years of work experience in corporate paralegal work or related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
