Job Description
As a Call Center Agent at ResultsCX, you will be responsible for:
Handling inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails.
Providing assistance with billing, account updates, troubleshooting, and product information.
Ensuring top-quality customer experience by listening actively and solving concerns quickly.
Following company policies, compliance standards, and customer service best practices.
Escalating complex issues when needed.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates, career shifters, and experienced agents who want to thrive in the BPO industry.
