Salary Range : Up to ₱60,000

The role

The Paralegal will provide comprehensive assistance to the legal team, supporting both administrative and substantive legal functions. This role involves preparing and reviewing documents, conducting research, maintaining organized records, and ensuring adherence to legal standards and company policies.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and summarize key findings for the legal team or management.
  • Draft, review, and organize legal documents such as contracts, agreements, affidavits, and pleadings.
  • Compile case files, exhibits, and supporting materials for hearings, meetings, or internal reviews.
  • Maintain and update legal records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Support compliance activities, including monitoring deadlines, permits, and required government filings.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners such as law firms or regulatory agencies.
  • Track schedules for cases, hearings, and legal submissions.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, report preparation, and correspondence management.
  • Handle sensitive legal information with confidentiality and discretion.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Management, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Understanding of legal procedures, court processes, and documentation standards.
  • Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal management tools.
  • Detail-oriented, able to work efficiently under deadlines.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
