Job Description
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into successful deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored business solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to promote the company's services in Davao and Mindanao.
The Successful Applicant
  • A proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in the business services industry is an advantage.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and software.
  • Resident of Mindanao or willing to relocate.
  • Must have own vehicle.
