About the Company Our client is a global organization that runs on reliability — powering large-scale operations with high-availability infrastructure. You’ll join a team that values precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement across IT service delivery. About the Role As the Availability Manager SME , you’ll own the entire availability management framework — monitoring performance, driving SLA governance, and aligning with incident, problem, and command-center functions. You’ll help design processes and metrics that keep systems stable and resilient while improving response and recovery times. Key Responsibilities Define, implement, and maintain the Availability Management Framework for critical applications and infrastructure. Monitor and report on availability SLAs/KPIs; conduct trend and root-cause analyses. Drive SLA governance — ensure thresholds, penalties, and improvement plans are accurate and actionable. Partner with Command Center , Incident , and Problem Management teams to minimize MTTR/MTTD. Contribute to Service Resiliency Planning (RTO/RPO, capacity, automation, observability). Act as the single point of contact for availability reporting and performance reviews. Collaborate with business resiliency and infrastructure teams on the improvement roadmap. Must-Have Qualifications 8+ years of experience in IT Service Management . Deep understanding of Availability Management and ITIL Frameworks . Hands-on experience with Monitoring and Observability Tools . Familiarity with Incident , Problem , and Change Management . Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills. Proven leadership in driving process adherence and improvements. Good-to-Have Exposure to large-scale enterprise environments (BFSI, telecom, or global operations).
