Your Role and Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage the account strategy for local/strategic accounts focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate sales activities and manage resolution of specific customer problems. Lead the development and implementation of the account plan and growth actions. Understand the key drivers of the customer’s business and their environment to interpret opportunities for ABB. Define and propose sales targets for the account and ensure achievement with a structured follow‑up process across divisions and countries. Create added value for both the customer and ABB by ensuring a coordinated sales approach. Drive the application of standardized marketing and sales processes and tools for the account. Qualifications for the Role Highly skilled in sales, commercial negotiation, and strategy with a minimum of 5 years experience within the relevant industry. Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in the electrification industry and familiarity with the service/aftermarket business. Good understanding of the local market and an established network with clients and decision‑makers. Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship building skills. Degree in Engineering is an advantage. Ability to work well with a dynamic team in a matrix organization set‑up. Comfortable communicating in English and Filipino. What's in it for you?
