About the Role We are looking for an experienced Payroll Tax Specialist to join our team and support U.S. payroll operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate calculation, reporting, and compliance of all payroll-related taxes in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will play a key part in managing tax filings, resolving discrepancies, and keeping payroll processes compliant and efficient. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process timely and accurate payroll tax filings Ensure compliance with all U.S. federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations Reconcile payroll tax accounts and promptly resolve discrepancies Manage and respond to tax notices and inquiries from government agencies Maintain complete and accurate records for audits and reporting purposes Stay up to date with payroll tax legislation and implement necessary updates Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred) Minimum of 5 years of experience in U.S. payroll tax compliance Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations Proficiency in payroll systems and tax reporting tools (e.g., ADP, Workday, Ceridian, or similar) Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet strict deadlines Willing to report onsite in Alabang at least twice a week Can start immediately Open to a project-based engagement with the possibility of extension or absorption #J-18808-Ljbffr
