Work Arrangement: This role is hybrid, requiring the successful candidate to report to the GM Philippines office three times per week or as dictated by business needs.

What You'll Do
  1. Team Integration & Development: Conduct integration sessions, assess teamwork, and set team goals. Facilitate discussions to build rapport and clarify responsibilities.
  2. Onboarding & Job Changes: Oversee onboarding, manage the hiring process, and ensure all equipment and access are provided. Follow established processes for promotions and transfers.
  3. Reclassification & Compensation: Reclassify employees from Team Member to Team Leader by updating job details and adjusting compensation in Workday, including titles and occupation codes. The Team Leader role may include allowances or premiums.
  4. Leadership & Support: Develop the team, provide guidance, support goal achievement, and address challenges to ensure effective operation.
