Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled consultant to support our key client groups in enhancing employee experience, increasing engagement, and improving delivery of our strategy.

  • This role will involve leading operational activities from hire to retire, implementing HR strategies, plans, and initiatives, encouraging talent management and performance management systems, and leveraging support teams.
  • You will provide exceptional service to business leaders and employees, supporting the Employee Lifecycle, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Offboarding processes, including induction support and staff exit interviews.
  • Talent Development: You will contribute to annual performance review exercises and policy development, implementation, and monitoring.
  • Evidence-based Decision Support: You will increase understanding and effectiveness of leaders in delivering people outcomes, analyzing and applying HR information, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Employee Lifecycle: Leading operational activities from hire to retire, implementing HR strategies, plans, and initiatives, encouraging talent management and performance management systems, and leveraging support teams.
  • Recruiting, Onboarding, and Offboarding: Supporting leaders and staff in recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes, including induction support and staff exit interviews.
  • Talent Development: Contributing to annual performance review exercises and policy development, implementation, and monitoring.
  • Evidence-based Decision Support: Increasing understanding and effectiveness of leaders in delivering people outcomes, analyzing and applying HR information, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Requirements

  • At least 6 years of HR experience, with 3 years in an HR Generalist role.
  • Knowledge of Asia employment legislation and interpretation.
  • Shared Service environment experience.
  • Stakeholder management and communications skills.
