Role Name: Senior Bookkeeper / Financial Administrator Schedule: Full-time Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Preferred hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm AWST, with some flexibility. Client Timezone: AWST (Perth, Australia) Join a dynamic international company operating in Australia and Europe as a Full-Time Bookkeeper/Account Administrator. You will manage financial operations across multiple entities, starting with the Australian division and expanding to European operations. This role offers growth opportunities, mastery of various accounting systems, and international business experience. Responsibilities: Process accounts payable invoices and payments Handle accounts receivable sales entries and statements Download and prepare financial reports from various systems Perform data entry and maintain records in accounting systems Process transactions in Dext and Xero for Australian operations Learn and operate Exact and Facecode systems for European operations Generate and distribute financial statements Maintain accurate financial records across entities Execute Excel functions like vlookup for analysis Requirements: Proficiency in Dext and Xero Strong Excel skills, especially vlookup Attention to detail and high accuracy Quick learner of new accounting systems Excellent organizational and time management skills Professional English communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team Basic accounting knowledge Scope: Full-time (40 hours/week) Initial focus on Australian operations Potential expansion to European operations Use multiple accounting systems (Dext, Xero, Exact, Facecode) Manage international financial operations Coordinate across time zones Support month-end and periodic reports This job is active and accepting applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
