Responsibilities Prepare and review purchase requests, purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documents. Prepare and review sourcing, evaluation, and engagement of reliable and ethical vendors and suppliers. Conduct supplier assessments and maintain accurate records of supplier information and performance. Coordinate with internal stakeholders on vendor accreditation, procurement planning, and project requirements. Negotiate with suppliers to ensure favorable terms, cost efficiencies, and quality standards. Ensure procurement activities comply with PwC’s internal policies, compliance standards, and budgetary requirements. Support other duties as may be assigned by the Procurement Manager or Operations Leadership. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in business administration specializing in procurement or supply chain management. At least 2 years of people management / coaching / mentoring or supervisory experience — must demonstrate ability to lead, empower, and handle difficult conversations effectively. Proven experience handling a variety of procurement commodities — both direct and indirect services (aligned with different categories such as Events, Marketing, IT, Facilities, Admin, HR, etc.). High level of integrity and professionalism, especially in handling confidential or sensitive information. Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail. Capable of multitasking and managing high volumes of work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with SAP or other procurement systems is preferred. Open to candidates with either local or international procurement support experience.
