Procurement Specialist is responsible for providing assistance to the Procurement Officer in establishing consolidated demands and purchasing schedules for supplies, materials, services, and equipment needed by the company. He assists in identifying purchasing priorities and schedules and anticipates supplies daily, shortages, and problems. He is expected to assist in performing and initiating research and the feasibility of the usage of material substitutions for better end results or productivity.

Preferably a graduate of Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration

Work experience is an advantage at least 3 years.

Proficient in using MS Office and Google Docs

With unquestionable integrity, honesty, and maturity

With good oral and written communication skills

Willing to be trained

Willing to render field work and physically fit to travel and visit suppliers, offices, and locales

With a sense of urgency and can handle pressure
