Purchasing Specialist

A Purchasing Specialist is responsible for supporting the procurement process of the company. This includes:
-Sourcing and evaluating suppliers, getting price quotations, and negotiating for the best deals.
-Preparing purchase orders (P.O.) and ensuring required documents from suppliers are complete for accreditation.
-Coordinating with different departments (e.g., Marketing, Warehouse, Demand Planning, Accounting) to meet their purchasing needs such as goods, raw materials, marketing materials, uniforms, and giveaways.
-Monitoring supplier deliveries to ensure items are delivered on time, complete, and meet the approved specifications.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree
-with 6 months of relevant working experience
-Excellent Negotiation skills
-Good written and verbal communication skills
-Amenable to work onsite in Pasig
