Sophos is headquartered in Oxford, U.K. More information is available at Role Summary The Senior HRIS Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors within the IT Services department. This role will focus on optimizing, supporting, and expanding the Performance & Goals module, while leading the implementation of the Onboarding 2.0 module from the ground up. The ideal candidate will bridge HR and IT functions—ensuring system integrity, driving process improvements, and delivering technology solutions that enhance the employee experience and operational efficiency. What You Will Do HRIS Operation Support Provide support in the absence of the Senior HRIS Analyst or HRIS Analysts Act as 2nd line support for Senior HRIS Analyst or HRIS Analysts for more complex queries Support Junior members of the team as they support queries Support Onboarding of new team members System Administration & Support Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for SuccessFactors, specifically Performance & Goals and Onboarding 2.0, providing guidance and support to HR and management teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, design, configure, and implement system enhancements, customizations, and integrations within SuccessFactors. Perform system administration tasks, including system configurations, security administration, and user management. Develop and maintain system documentation, including workbooks, integration specifications, application catalogs, and help articles. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement appropriate solutions. Responsible for coordinating and facilitating training sessions with the HR team, ensuring they are aligned with HR practices. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and system updates related to SuccessFactors and HR technology. Manage System upgrades and releases, ensuring minimal disruption to users. Manage Annual Performance Cycle by working closely with HR Business Partnering, HR leads, and compensation in the absence of the Senior HRIS Analyst. Implementation & Project Management Working alongside the HR Project Manager, led the full‑cycle rollout of Onboarding 2.0, including system configuration, testing, data migration, user training, and go‑live support. Support Regional HR Ops in gathering detailed requirements that can be translated into user stories and delivered using the sprints. Apply best practice approaches and propose automation solutions to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and scalability of HR system implementations. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (HR, IT, Payroll, Talent Acquisition) to ensure seamless integration with existing HR processes and modules. What You Will Bring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience working as an HRIS Analyst, with a focus on SuccessFactors and its Performance & Goals module. Proven experience in system configuration, customization, and integration within SuccessFactors. Hands‑on experience leading complex, large‑scale data migrations with a strong focus on data validation, accuracy, and system integrity. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify system issues. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to provide end‑user training and support. Certification in SuccessFactors, specifically in Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Onboarding 2.0, is highly desirable. Experience working within SCRUM or Agile delivery frameworks and managing deliverables through JIRA is desirable. Ready to Join Us?
