This role supports brand awareness, sales growth, and customer engagement by planning and supervising marketing campaigns, promotions, and digital initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Plan and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across various platforms. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of marketing staff. Coordinate with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing goals. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior for insights. Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently. Oversee the creation of content for social media, websites, and promotional materials. Prepare and present regular marketing performance reports. Ensure brand consistency and compliance with company standards. Coordinate events, activations, and product launches when needed. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field. Work Experience: At least 2–4 years of experience in marketing or a supervisory role.
