Requirements:
  1. Experience: A minimum of 10–15 years of experience in handling Service Desk across multiple industries for clients across geographies.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; relevant advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  3. Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge and experience in data visualization and analytical tools.
  4. Dynamic Leadership: Demonstrates an energetic and dynamic approach, characterized by ownership, self-motivation, resilience, tenacity, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision under stressful situations.
  5. Effective Presentation Skills: Proven ability to present concepts and findings effectively to senior executives and global clients and leaders.
  6. Relationship Building: Ability to forge strong relationships across diverse functions and industries and influence stakeholders by providing strategic insights.
  7. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and a logical thought process.
  8. Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to distill complex data into concise conclusions and actionable strategies.
  9. Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects and priorities.
  10. People Management: Ability to groom and build a great succession plan and future leaders.
