Overview

Talent Partner – Sourcing and Placing IT Professionals across APAC. We are looking for a results-driven professional to lead the acquisition and growth of strategic partnerships for consumer-focused programs. This role involves sourcing and securing new partners, managing programs from concept to launch, and driving measurable business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Source and acquire new partnership opportunities and convert prospects into live programs.
  • Design and execute partner acquisition strategies to meet agreed targets.
  • Launch and manage programs end-to-end, from planning to ongoing optimization.
  • Analyze partner and market data to optimize program performance and ROI.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of partners and manage commercial negotiations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and onboarding.
  • Track program and acquisition KPIs and implement strategies to drive growth and retention.
Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or program/account management.
  • Proven track record of partner acquisition, commercial negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Experience managing partnerships or programs from start to finish.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet partner acquisition or pipeline conversion targets.
  • Experience with consumer-focused products or programs is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
