Technical Account Manager, Customer Experience NiCE National Capital Region, Philippines Overview This is a full-time, on-site role based in the National Capital Region, Philippines, for a Technical Account Manager, Customer Experience. The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for providing technical support and account management for customers using our AI-powered platforms. Daily tasks include liaising with customers to understand their needs, troubleshooting technical issues, delivering product training, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving adoption of NiCE solutions. Responsibilities Provide technical support and account management for customers using NiCE AI-powered platforms. Liaise with customers to understand their needs and translate them into actionable technical requests. Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with engineering or product teams as needed. Deliver product training and enablement to customers and internal teams. Monitor customer health, measure satisfaction, and drive adoption and value realization of NiCE solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and renewals. Qualifications Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Technical Problem-Solving Skills Account Management and Customer Relationship Management Skills Experience with AI-Powered Platforms and Systems Integration Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team Experience in Customer Experience or Customer Success roles is a plus Relevant Technical Certifications or a Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Employment type Full-time Industries Software Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
