Overview Centennial Food Corporation, a leading food and beverage company, is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Supervisor (ALL AREA OF REGION 2) to join our dynamic sales team in Food Manufacturing. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities and performance of our sales representatives in the Cagayan Valley region. The role offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to the company's continued growth and success. What you'll be doing Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, mentoring and support to drive their individual and team performance Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to meet and exceed sales targets for the assigned region Monitor sales activities, analyse performance data and provide regular progress reports to the regional sales manager Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, working closely with the sales team to expand our customer base Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted promotional campaigns Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and industry regulations Provide feedback and recommendations to the regional sales manager to continuously improve sales processes and operations What we're looking for Minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales supervisory or managerial role, preferably within the FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) industry Strong people management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a high-performing sales team Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders Proficient in data analysis and interpreting sales performance metrics to drive informed decision-making Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives Thorough understanding of the local market dynamics and competitive landscape in the Cagayan Valley region Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field What we offer At Centennial Food Corporation, we are committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment that enables our employees to thrive.
