Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms

Review resumes and coordinate interview schedules

Support the onboarding and offboarding process

Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date

Help organize HR events and employee engagement activities

Assist in compiling HR reports and maintaining HRIS systems

Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Support performance management and training activities when needed

Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint

High attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Eagerness to learn and contribute to team success
