Purchasing Associate (Fixed-term)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accept and Evaluate Queries (RFQ)
  • Perform Initial Cost Evaluation
  • Evaluates purchasing request
  • Source out the best supplier in terms of quality, cost & delivery
  • Evaluates proposal & quotation from suppliers
  • Timely supply of purchased parts in accordance with purchase request
  • Make sure timely processing & payment of the supplier for the services/ commodity acquired from them
  • Other task may be assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or other related fields.
  • Willing to work under a fixed-term contract until December 31, 2025.
  • With at least 6 months of work experience but not required.
  • A hands-on team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate with good communication and organizational skills.
