SALARY RANGE: Php 32,000 – Php 45,000
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-time

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our client, a global leader in logistics, is looking for a Data & Reports Specialist to provide advanced operational and customer data analysis to improve efficiency and performance across the organization.
This role is pivotal in delivering actionable insights, identifying process improvement opportunities, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives that optimize operations and enhance customer experience.

DUTIES:
Conduct in-depth analysis of operational processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Develop and document standardized procedures in collaboration with leadership and process owners.

Partner with operations and customer service teams to gather and translate operational requirements into clear process documentation.

Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for key stakeholders and senior management.

Track and analyze KPIs to measure process effectiveness and recommend optimization actions.

Lead change management activities to ensure smooth implementation and sustainability of process improvements.

Collaborate closely with internal operations and customer teams to align project goals with business needs.

Conduct training sessions and provide support for new or enhanced processes.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and other MS Office tools.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Ability to work independently and validate data accuracy.

Experience in freight forwarding, consolidation, or logistics industry preferred.

Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and adaptability in dynamic business environments.
