About the Role:
The Business Intelligence Senior Specialist plays a pivotal role in transforming complex logistics data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain data dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
● Design and publish interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into effective data-driven solutions.
● Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytics outputs.
● Document processes, data flows, and dashboard logic to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and scalability.
● Analyze logistics data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can drive operational improvements.
● Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests from internal teams and management.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
● Proficient in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and manipulation.
● Hands-on experience in Tableau and Power BI for building and maintaining data visualizations.
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
● Ability to perform quality assurance (QA) and validate work prior to deployment.

Preferred Skills:
● Experience using Dataiku for data preparation and machine learning workflows.
● Familiarity with Snowflake as a cloud-based data platform.
● Exposure to PowerApps for low-code business application development.
● Understanding of logistics or supply chain operations is a strong advantage.
