Salary: Up to ₱90,000 + ₱100,000 Bonus
Job Type: Full-Time, Night Shift
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated USRN Licensed Team Leader (TL) with a strong background in BPO, specifically in Healthcare UMR Accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team, ensuring quality performance, and providing guidance to team members. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare operations, a commitment to team development, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of USRN professionals to ensure optimal performance and quality in UMR healthcare accounts.
Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and support to enhance team development.
Collaborate with other team leaders, management, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and meet client expectations.
Maintain high standards of service delivery, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Handle client escalations and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of team metrics and performance.
Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
Maintain a strong understanding of USRN and PHRN requirements in a healthcare setting.
Requirements:
Must hold a valid USRN and PHRN License.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a USRN Team Leader in a BPO healthcare setting, specifically in UMR accounts.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work onsite in IT Park, Cebu, and availability to start ASAP.
Must be comfortable working night shifts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of healthcare insurance processes and UMR-related services.
Must have a results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
