We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Specialist to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day financial operations including processing transactions, maintaining accurate records, reconciling accounts, and assisting in the preparation of reports and financial statements. Key Responsibilities: Perform data entry and process accounting transactions in accordance with company policies and proceduresAssist in reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account informationMaintain and update financial records and documentationSupport month-end and year-end closing processesPrepare and assist in generating reports as required by the Finance teamCoordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reportingProvide administrative support to the Finance department as needed Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field12 years of experience in general accounting or finance-related roles preferredProficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applicationsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entryExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus Why Join Us: Be part of a supportive and collaborative Finance teamGain valuable experience in financial operations and reportingWork in a dynamic and growing organization with opportunities for professional development
