Job Requirements:
✨Bachelors degree holder
✨With at least 1-3 years’ experience in HR Payroll
✨Amenable to work onsite in Zambales
✨Amenable to attend interviews
✨Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
✨ Process payroll accurately and on schedule, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, and all applicable deductions.
✨Maintain and update employee information in the payroll system, including personal details, salary changes, leave records, and deductions.
✨Review, validate, and monitor employee timecards or attendance data to ensure precise payroll calculations.
✨Address and resolve employee inquiries related to pay discrepancies, deductions, benefits, and other payroll concerns in a timely manner.
✨Ensure confidentiality of payroll data and full compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
✨Manage and utilize HR and payroll systems effectively, maintaining data integrity, troubleshooting issues, and implementing necessary updates.
