Job Responsibilities:
✨ Process payroll accurately and on schedule, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, and all applicable deductions.
✨Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee information in the payroll system, including personal details, salary adjustments, leave records, and deductions.
✨Review, monitor, and validate employee timecards or attendance data to ensure correct payroll calculations.
✨Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay discrepancies, deductions, benefits, and other payroll concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
✨Safeguard payroll data by maintaining strict confidentiality and complying with company policies and legal requirements.
✨Utilize HR and payroll software to ensure systems are current, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates as needed.

Job Requirements:
✨Bachelors degree holder
✨With atleast 1-3 years’ experience in HR Payroll
✨Amenable to work onsite in Zambales
✨Amenable to attend interviews
✨Can start as soon as possible
