Position: HR Payroll Associate Industry: Manufacturing Company Location: Subic Bay, Zambales Postal: 2202 Salary Offer: Php20,000-Php30,000 Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday Work Set Up: Work Onsite Benefits: ✨Government mandated benefits ✨13th Month Pay ✨HMO ✨Vacation Leave Credits ✨Sick Leave Credits Job Responsibilities: ✨ Process payroll accurately and on schedule, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, and all applicable deductions. ✨Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee information in the payroll system, including personal details, salary adjustments, leave records, and deductions. ✨Review, monitor, and validate employee timecards or attendance data to ensure correct payroll calculations. ✨Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay discrepancies, deductions, benefits, and other payroll concerns, ensuring timely resolution. ✨Safeguard payroll data by maintaining strict confidentiality and complying with company policies and legal requirements. ✨Utilize HR and payroll software to ensure systems are current, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates as needed.
