Job Description
We are seeking Mandarin-speaking Customer Experts (open to both native and non-native speakers) who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will assist clients through various communication channels, ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely support in both Mandarin and English.

Qualifications
Proficient in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking)
At least 6 months of experience in the BPO industry
Willing to work onsite in Rockwell, Ortigas
Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
