We’re Hiring: Senior Operations Manager – Healthcare Account
Location: Ortigas (Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift, follows US Holidays
Compensation: PHP 150,000 – PHP 185,000 (based on last pay) + 20% to 25% increase

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and oversee healthcare BPO operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, healthcare account expertise, and a proven track record of delivering operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

4 to 5 years of experience as a Senior Operations Manager handling Healthcare accounts in a BPO setting.

At least 4+ years of total BPO experience in healthcare operations.

Strong background in performance management, client relations, and operational strategy.

Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas.

Open to night shift schedule.

Can start immediately.
