Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business owners/leaders on strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Create and manage KPI dashboards, trackers, and reports to measure performance and growth.
  • Facilitate team and leadership meetings as well as quarterly/annual planning sessions.
  • Oversee finance operations (invoice tracking, billing, and vendor payments).
  • Manage inventory, supply ordering, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance by handling license renewals and documentation.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and team development initiatives.
  • Draft job descriptions, coordinate hiring processes, and issue offer letters.
  • Provide coaching and operational support to managers and staff.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for efficiency.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy and partnerships.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of staff, vendors, and digital tools.
  • Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows to streamline processes, reduce manual tasks, and improve overall productivity.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager (experience in fitness, health, or wellness is a plus).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and productivity tools.
  • Demonstrated expertise in AI automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, ChatGPT, or similar platforms).
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
