Key Accounts Head

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies tailored to each key account, aligning with both client objectives and company goals.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of account managers and executives, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure cohesive service delivery to key accounts.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess account health, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Identify opportunities for account expansion, including upselling and cross-selling of products or services.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 5 years in key account management at a national level.
Proven track record of building and growing relationships with major retail accounts.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of P&L management.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
Additional Notes:
This position will be working with Japanese multinational food and biotechnology corporation.
Working Set-up: Onsite
Mondays to Fridays.
