Key Responsibilities

-Accurately process and fulfill online orders, ensuring all customer and shipping details are complete and correct.
-Manage and regularly update product listings, pricing, and availability across online platforms.
-Provide responsive and professional customer support via Facebook, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, and other communication channels.
-Proactively reach out to potential B2B clients through Facebook, TikTok, and messaging apps to generate and convert leads.
-Coordinate closely with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
-Support promotional efforts, including content preparation, messaging, and customer follow-up during campaigns.
-Monitor and analyze online sales performance and report insights to management.
-Maintain sales records, track inquiries, and assist with administrative tasks related to online transactions.

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 1–2 years experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or online order processing.
-Demonstrated ability to generate and engage B2B leads via Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, Viber, and Telegram.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
-High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
-Familiarity with online retail tools and digital platforms.
-Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace; knowledge of inventory/order tracking systems is an advantage.
-Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-Can start immediately
