About the Role:
We are seeking experienced marketing professionals with tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. This is a senior-level position for candidates who have already developed a strong portfolio of marketing experience and are looking to apply their expertise in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.
- Manage and optimize campaigns to meet business objectives.
- Maintain and grow brand presence across social media, email, and content platforms.
- Work autonomously while collaborating with internal teams to deliver marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Support sales and administrative efforts where needed, helping to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven senior-level experience in marketing, preferably in an Australian context.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva, CRM software, analytics tools, and project management platforms.

Preferred:
- Experience in Australian real estate marketing is highly regarded.
- Experience managing or supporting sales and administrative processes alongside marketing initiatives.
